Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.π Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and meeting with them virtually and onsite to strengthen the relationship.π Data-Driven Strategy: Use customer feedback and performance data to inform strategies aimed at improving client satisfaction, loyalty, and overall service quality.π
