Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer located in West Jakarta. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of client concerns, building and nurturing client relationships, and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. The Customer Relations Officer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient solutions while maintaining professional and courteous interactions.
