Our aim is to extend the lifecycle of the product, as our people are able to provide an exceptional level of customer service and support, based on their expertise and professionalism.PharOS is seeking for a CRM Supervisor within the Supply Chain department as follows:Role descriptionIdentifying and after confirming with management, taking control and execute cost saving initiatives, which will be within the registered dossier and will not risk the launch or the quality of the productPreparation, monitoring and maintenance of department’s KPIsEnsuring customer satisfaction by improving service levels in terms of supplyAddressing & resolving customer issuesTravelling to meet clients/partners to ensure strong business links are forgedReviewing the Supply agreements with clients to identify the supply specificsAssessing the market situation as to be able to identify supply opportunitiesEnsuring that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards i.e. GMP and regulatory requirementsMonitoring Customer performance in relation to Supply Agreement obligations and proposing amendments via alignment with the BD departmentSupervising tasks of SC specialists & Launch coordinatorsTraining employees to use CRM platforms in liaison with clientsExperience & QualificationAcademic background in a relevant fieldMinimum five (5) years of experience with demonstrated accomplishments in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or OperationsExcellent English oral communication and writing skillsPC literacy.
