We combine sports, education, and behavioural development to foster confidence, discipline, and inclusion.As part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking a Business & Marketing Specialist (B2B) to strengthen our partnerships, expand our corporate client base, and enhance our market presence across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting schools, educational institutions, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations.Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive enrollment and sponsorship opportunities.Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals and collaboration frameworks with potential partners.Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.Monitor performance metrics and deliver analytical insights to optimize marketing ROI and partnership impact.Represent the academy at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate forums to promote programs and initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, or business development.Proven track record in educational, sports, or wellness industries is an advantage.Strong business acumen with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently while aligning with the academy’s mission and growth objectives.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Professional development opportunities within a growing organization.Collaborative, purpose-driven work environment focused on inclusion and youth empowerment.
