The CRM Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, coordinating and managing projects, analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights, and supporting the sales team. The role also includes regularly communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Project ManagementExcellent Communication skillsHandle UK,USAUS Clients is advantageExperience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Ability to work independently and in a team environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
