Customer Sales Analyst

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Sales Analyst to join our team and help drive insights that strengthen customer relationships and business performance. This is an in-office role based out of our Fredericksburg, PA headquarters, where being on-site means collaborating daily with fellow team members who are passionate about delivering excellence, building strong relationships, and experiencing firsthand the impact of your work on our customers and our business.What You’ll DoAs a Customer Sales Analyst, you’ll turn data into meaningful insights that support our sales team, inform decision-making, and uncover opportunities for growth. From analyzing customer profitability and promotional spending to creating financial models and competitive market reports, your work will play a key role in shaping how we serve our customers and improve our business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide qualitative and quantitative forecasting for customers and products, including new product launches and promotionsPartner with sales and scheduling teams to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and valueBuild and deliver reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders using Power BI, Excel, and other toolsAnalyze and report on business performance in areas such as trade spend, pricing, product assortment, and customer profitabilityDevelop financial models for customers, products, and promotionsStay up to date with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologiesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in a similar analyst roleAdvanced skills in Microsoft applications (Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for turning data into storiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departmentsPoultry or protein industry experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Bell & Evans?We’re a family of innovators, problem solvers, and quality-focused professionals.
