Opportunities like these don’t come around often - apply now!We’re looking for an organised, experienced, and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Eagle Farm, Brisbane.Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time, office-based role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting daily business processes, invoicing, logistics coordination, and customer communications across Australia and New Zealand.You’ll be the steady hand that ensures the details are right, the systems flow efficiently, and our customers and internal teams are supported with professionalism and care.What You’ll Do§ Manage inbound calls and emails, ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional support§ Process daily orders, invoices and payments in Xero and our inventory system§ Assist with meetings and internal events§ Collaborate across departments to maintain efficient workflows and clear communicationAbout You§ 10+ years of experience in customer service or administration support§ Strong organisational skills with attention to detail§ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple systems, and Xero§ Professional, dependable, and calm under pressureIf you’re experienced in customer service and administration who takes pride in running efficient operations and enjoys being the backbone of a busy team, we’d love to hear from you.We are a supportive and respectful team that values professionalism and kindness.
