About the RoleWe are looking for an organised and motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.You don’t need years of experience in financial services – we will provide training, support and guidance to help you grow into the role. If you are proactive, eager to learn and comfortable communicating in both English and Russian, we’d love to hear from you.Location: Vilnius, Lithuania – fully office-basedHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00Main ResponsibilitiesYou will be supported and trained to:Respond to customer enquiries with clear and accurate information about our business and products, in a timely and efficient mannerAssist with resolving client questions, issues and simple complaints, escalating more complex matters to senior colleagues where neededProvide a high level of customer support both in English and Russian (written and verbal)Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the onboarding process of new customers (collecting documents, updating records, following up on missing information, etc.)Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring client information is accurate and up to dateDevelop a good understanding of PayAlly’s products and services (training will be provided)Support senior team members in their daily tasks and administrative dutiesCandidate ProfileWe are open to candidates with limited experience, including those from other customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, office admin, etc.).You are a good fit if you:Have some experience in any customer-facing or administrative role (including internships, part-time or volunteer roles) – experience with key clients is a plus but not requiredHave excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and RussianEnjoy solving problems and are solution-orientedAre highly driven, eager to learn and comfortable asking questionsAre honest, professional and trustworthyHave excellent attention to detail and take pride in accurate workWork well within a team and are willing to support colleaguesAre organised, reliable and have a strong work ethicWhat We OfferPrivate medical insurance (after probation period)25 days of annual leaveBirthday leaveSnacks in the officeTakeaway lunch once a weekDiscounts on gym membershipsTraining and support to help you develop your skills and grow your career within PAYALLYAbout PayAllyAs the world of financial services becomes more automated, PayAlly abides by the tradition of keeping the human touch at the centre of everything we do.
