This is an office based position working in our newly built Claydon premises, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients—playing a vital role in their recovery journey.You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is an hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients—playing a vital role in their recovery journey.You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.Who We’re Looking For:We’re after individuals who are:Friendly and professional, with an excellent telephone mannerDetail-oriented and highly organisedDriven by delivering excellent customer serviceReady to learn and grow within a fast-paced healthcare environmentRequirements:QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE (any of the following): GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent, or4 GCSE/O level passes A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths; orA minimum of two years customer service experience (or have successfully completed a course with Contact Centre Professional)We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team.
