GreetingsWe are Hiring Customer Service Advisor - Backoffice position in Berlin, GermanyJob Location Berlin, GermanyCSA – Banking Ops (8 )1 – 3 years’ experienceManage issues via email on ticketing system (no calls)Interaction with internal teams like Fraud, KYC, etc.Interview – 3 interviews 45 minutes each (client will reconsider interviews and durations)Location Germany - BerlinHybrid model initially: 3 days from client office + 2 / 3 days WFHWFH : laptops, headsets will be provided; internet not providedStart / DurationStart: ASAP (start dates are usually 1st of the month – so target 1-Nov)6-month probation for individualsEngagementT&M – 12 months contractNo SLAsAs a Customer Service Advisor - Backoffice (all genders) in our Banking Operations Customer Service department, you will help us effectively manage customer enquiries and create an exceptional customer experience.Job responsibilities Manage customer data and accounts, carrying out payment transactions, bookings and other complex back office tasksDevelop solutions to complex customer inquiries independently and in close cooperation with internal specialist departmentsCreate a unique customer experience that is fair, consistent and transparent and ensure exceptional customer service at all times, both by phone and in writingAdhere to banking regulations and guidelinesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience in the back office of a financial institution in the German-speaking market. Completed banking apprenticeship or a comparable education with relevant professional experienceFluent written and spoken GermanExcellent written and spoken communication skillsTeam player with a strong customer focus and willingness to provide serviceKnowledge of the relevant regulatory requirementsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts
