Linde Global ServicesCustomer Service Advisor Order Entry (m/f/d)Porto, Portugal | req26466What You Will Enjoy DoingYou will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the businessEnsuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your jobEnsure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)What Makes You GreatMinimum secondary school (High School) is required for this roleYou speak the language required in the specific market (native or C2: Dutch) and English level B1 (preferred)SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fulfill this roleYou have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferredFurther you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints etc)Why you will love working with usAre you looking for challenges?
