Responsibilities: -· Managing issuing centers (booths - Postal centers - Bank branches) · Providing all services to customers (Issuing cards - replacing cards - updating data - inquiries - receiving complaints - delivering cash) · Resolving all problems and disputes· Follow up with all company teams about the latest updates and developments· Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients· maintaining positive business relationships with clientsRequirements and skills· Good knowledge of Office programs, Excel, Access, and Word· Proficient in computerized communication tools (email, internet, communication software, etc.)· adaptability and flexibility, reliability and solidity, discernment and initiative.· listening skills and persuasiveness.· Has strong writing skills· Speaks fluently in public and with contacts. Easily understands the people is speaking to.· Excellent organization skills· Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills· Ability to overcome objections from potential clients· Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables Education· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting
