Customer Service and Logistics Specialist - temporary external contract

With seeds and traits, crop protection and digital solutions, we help farmers produce food more efficiently, protect the land and meet the needs of society.RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service and Customer Order Processing / Order handling:Receive orders from customers -order platform administrationOrder processing based on pre-determined credit-limit and payment term criteria;Order entry;Follow-up process;Organize shipments;Follow up on deliveries;Create/ Monitor invoices;Managing the rebate agreements;Accounts Receivable /Account Payable follow upHandling documentation (contracts filling, monitoring and archiving)Inventory Management and Replenishment:Define inventory levels based on forecast and lead times, balancing availability and inventory targets;Follow up inventory levels;Inventory monitoring: availability, obsolete, expiring products;Monthly inventory reconciliation SAP – Warehouse;Annual stock takingNon-conformance managementSupport to sales team and CSO communityPreparing ad-hoc information and reportsQUALIFICATIONSUniversity Degree (preferable in Economics);Knowledge of economic and commercial terms;Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;SAP Knowledge is a must;Fluent in English;Fluency in Romanian language is mandatoryComputer skills (MS Office) are a must;Good communication skills;Organized and self-motivatedBENEFITSDevelopment discussions and programs so that you can reach your full potential and develop yourself within the BASF family.A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.An attractive competitive salary that is based on the company's success and your individual performance.ABOUT USAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
