Join Us as a Customer Service and Logistics SpecialistAre you a forward-thinking team player with a passion for customer service and logistics? We’re looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist to join our Fabrics (FBR) Customer Service team within Global Supply, Fabrics, Tampere office. This is a fixed-term position until the end of May 2026. In this role, you’ll serve as the main link between our global sales teams and production units, ensuring seamless support for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities IncludeManaging customer master data, installed base information, and commercial terms in SAP ERP. Handling technical order processing and maintaining an accurate order backlog in close collaboration with sales and production. Coordinating outbound logistics, including communication with forwarders and customs authorities. Preparing shipping documents, customs declarations, and managing invoicing and transportation claims. At the heart of this role is exceptional customer service. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and can build strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

A B. Sc. in Business Administration or equivalent education, with relevant experience in customer service or logistics. Familiarity with SAP ERP, Valmet VTG, and ideally CRM or Infor LN systems. A solid understanding of international business practices, commercial terms, and technical product knowledge. Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Other language skills are a benefit (e. g. German, Portuguese). Interest in technology, as the work involves handling and solving technical issues together with other expert teams. A systematic and proactive approach to work, with strong prioritization skills.
