Position: Customer Service Clerk (Arabic)Location: DubaiSalary: AED 3,000 per monthWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Maintain an organized filing system for physical and digital records.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.Support customer inquiries and provide relevant information to female clients.Assist with administrative tasks related to company projects and operations.Monitor and replenish office supplies and handle procurement requests.RequirementsFluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
