The company values attention to detail, clear communication, and reliableservice.LocationFully Remote | Part-Time | 4 Hours per Day (Flexible between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST)Role OverviewThe Customer Service Assistant (CSR) will play a key role in supporting daily operations forthe screen printing and embroidery team. This position blends client communication, ordermanagement, and light creative design work, making it ideal for someone who is bothorganized and visually inclined.You’ll respond to client inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotes, coordinate withproduction, and create simple digital mockups or proofs. Your goal is to ensure that everycustomer receives accurate, timely, and friendly service.Key Responsibilities :Client Communication & Support• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.• Prepare and send quotes based on client requirements and order specifications.• Follow up with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.• Maintain clear and organized communication records across projects.Visual Mockups & Order Coordination• Create simple visual proofs and mockups using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design accuracy and order readiness.• Support the order process from inquiry to completion, ensuring all client details are met.Organization & Administration• Manage customer data, order notes, and files in internal systems.• Track and follow up on open quotes, pending orders, and customer requests.• Support the team with additional administrative or creative tasks as needed.Qualifications & Experience• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.• Strong written communication and organizational skills.• Basic to intermediate graphic design ability (Photoshop or Illustrator required).• Experience in the screen printing or embroidery industry is a plus, but not required.• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remotesetting.Work Schedule• Part-Time: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.• Flexible Hours: Between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST.• 100% Remote — must have reliable internet access.Compensation• $300 CAD per monthWhat Success Looks Like• Clients receive prompt, friendly, and accurate communication.• Orders move efficiently through quoting, approval, and fulfillment stages.• Mockups and proofs are clear, accurate, and aligned with client expectations.• The customer experience feels smooth, professional, and personable.OpportunityJoin a growing creative production team and play an essential part in ensuring customershave a seamless experience, from first contact to final delivery.
