Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Associate will handle daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves interacting with clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues efficiently.
