JG Healthcare Limited is looking for Customer Service & Billing ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityWelcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients with courtesy and empathy.Manage patient inquiries (in-person, phone, or online) regarding appointments, services, and billing.Prepare and process accurate bills in the hospital management system.Verify insurance, discounts, and approvals where applicable.Handle cash, card, and mobile banking payments with accuracy.Reconcile daily billing and submit reports to the Accounts department.Address billing disputes or service-related concerns professionally.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacy, and diagnostic teams to ensure smooth service flow.Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial records.Support initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service quality.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsExperience Requirements1 to 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Restaurant, Diagnostic CentreFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsPrevious experience in hospital or healthcare billing/customer care preferred.Experience in hotel/hospitality customer service will be given preference.Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.Familiarity with billing systems or hospital management software.Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure with professionalism.Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.Job LocationDhaka (ECB Chottor, Matikata)SalaryTk. 18000 (Monthly)
