Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Job Summary:Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management of order to invoice cycle while cultivating effective relationships with the commercial teams.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Logistics Operations Team to plan, analyse customer needs, to follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our customers through the development and maintenance of order fulfilment standard methodologies Understand the customers’ needs and developing business solutions to meet Colgate and customer requirements Accountable for the Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and working with the CS&L and Sales organizations to increase results Use Supply Chain data and analytical tools effectively including SAP Conduct regular business review meetings with customers to evaluate business performance and maintain close customer relationshipsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields Minimum 2 years’ experience either in Customer Service/ Logistics, Demand or Supply Planning preferably with a multinational FMCG company Fluent in English and Turkish Ability to quickly adapt to new demands and challengesComfortable working with cross-functional team membersProficient use of Google Tools & Microsoft Office Preferred: Business Intelligence Knowledge SAP KnowledgePerks of Role International Working Environment Shuttle Services (Up to Pendik on Istanbul’s Anatolian side and up to Bayrampaşa on main roads in the European side) Comprehensive Medical/Life insurance coverage 24/7 Employee Assistance ProgramDisclaimer - Interested candidates are requested to upload their resumes drafted in English language only.Our Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
