Major Responsibilities:主要职责:Handle the customer complaints and guide the client to do trouble-shooting;Training the distributors on product installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of various systems.On-line or phone support to EU customer's technical problems;Repair and maintain faulty equipment if necessary;Maintain the spare parts inventory.Other job assignment from Service director or manager;处理客户投诉,指导客户进行故障排除;对分销商进行各种系统的产品安装、维护、故障排除和维修培训。在线或电话支持欧盟客户的技术问题;必要时修理和维护故障设备;维护备件库存。服务总监或经理分配的其他工作;Qualifications:任职资格:Excellent English speaking skill;Excellent hands-on ability;Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication skills;Be familiar with the fault diagnosis and maintenance of medical equipment;出色的英语口语能力;优秀的动手能力;出色的人际交往能力,包括团队合作和沟通能力;熟悉医疗设备的故障诊断和维修;
