Our goal is to continuously improve our logistics processes to benefit our partners.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive / Assistant (Freight Forwarding) located in Klang. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service requests. The executive will also play a role in advising customers on logistics options and processes, streamlining their supply chain operations, and managing customer service relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily import and export shipment coordination (sea/air/land).Communicate with customers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.Update shipment status and documentation accurately in the Asolute system.Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other shipping-related documents.Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Liaise with operations and billing departments to ensure smooth workflow.RequirementsMinimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (fresh graduates with internship experience may apply).Familiar with Asolute system or other logistics management software is an advantage.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Interpersonal SkillsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Support skillsCustomer Service and Customer Service Management skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
