We are seeking individuals who share our service commitment and passion for the education industry to join us.Job Responsibilities Acquire strong knowledge of BrainFit’s programmes and processes. Deliver professional and high-quality sales and customer service experience Manage programme enquiries via walk-in, phone and online channels Manage student registrations and payments Manage company’s CRM and other online systems Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming Assist with company events (eg. open houses) Provide general administrative support Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.Requirements Minimum ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any field. Minimum 2 years working experience in front-desk, sales, customer service or hospitality industries. Experience in the education industry is an advantage. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Results-oriented, performance-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team-setting. Positive outlook and pleasant disposition. 5-day work-week including Saturday and/or Sunday.Benefits Attractive remuneration package includes basic salary and variable commission.
