Job DescriptionAble to identify and solve any related issues for buyer and merchant in ShopeeFood Coordinate with partners/banks in order to check transactions status and any related Financial issue for buyer and merchantSupport partners on solving third party’s technical issuesSupport partners/banks on any customer problems Manage complaint cases or any legal issue related.Coordinate and support with other teams internally on related operations issues, e.g. Product and MarketingRequirementsBachelor's Degree in any fields1 year experience in operations field or more.Gave customers centrics mindsetGood analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills both written and verbalStrong human relation with othersAble to communicate in English will be an advantageAble to work as a shift and on weekendsAble to work flexible hoursAble to working shift 5 days a week (day off varies)
