For our client, a global medical company, we are searching for a Customer Service Manager who would manage customer service team in Sweden.Position is based in Stockholm and fluent Swedish language is mandatory.Objectives of the position:• Ensuring smooth day-to-day business with national customers• Ensuring active customer support (internal and external) in conjunction with sales-oriented action• Leading and developing employees in Customer ServiceTasks and responsibilities:• Professional and disciplinary management and development of the assigned team(s)• Ensuring active customer support in conjunction with sales-oriented action• Responsibility for the smooth handling of business processes• Handling tenders and procurement projects• Responsible for pricing and pricing agreements• Handling of sales statistics• Implementation of internal service-relevant goals• Defining goals and controlling the achievement of goals within own area of responsibility• Support of sales managers and field staff with internal service-related topics• Being a contact person for employees in complex cases escalation• Leading team meetings• Representation of the interests of the team within the organization• Ensuring good cross-departmental collaboration• Responsible for continuous development and optimization of processes and procedures• Conducting annual employee appraisals• Ensuring good documentation practices in the CRM and ERP systems• Back-up and support of the Customer Service Team in handling daily tasks• Marketing supportEducation and professional experience:• Successfully completed commercial studies or comparable qualification• Professional experience in a customer-oriented environment and in team management• Leadership experience with positive resultsPlease feel free to send your CV or ask any questions directly on LinkedIn or atdmanhard@eligo-selekcija.hr
