Additionally, possess a good understanding of the CSM module. ServiceNow Development, Integrations (Rest, SOAP), CSM Module.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSolution Design: Design and architect solutions within the ServiceNow CSM module to meet specific business needs for customer service operations.Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize core CSM functionalities, including case management, omni-channel capabilities, and self-service portals.Integration: Integrate the ServiceNow CSM module with other internal and external systems to provide a holistic view of customer interactions.Workflow Automation: Automate key customer service workflows to reduce costs and enhance agent efficiency.Custom Application Development: Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to extend CSM capabilities where necessary.Reporting & Analytics: Utilize ServiceNow's robust analytics tools to track customer trends, agent performance, and service bottlenecks to enable data-driven decisions.REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONSServiceNow Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture and core functionalities.CSM Module Proficiency: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module and its components, such as accounts, contacts, cases, entitlements, and contracts.Other Details:Experience 5+ yearsLocation SwedenApply at rimsha@hrways.co (not com)About HR Ways: "HR Ways is an award-winning Technical Recruitment Firm helping software houses and IT Product companies internationally and locally to find IT Talent.
