Your focus will be to elevate the customer journey — ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and care are embedded in every interaction.This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight. You’ll streamline processes, implement best practices, and inspire a culture of collaboration and accountability. Above all, you’ll be the guardian of the brand’s service standards — ensuring clients experience the same level of sophistication and attention to detail that defines its products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a high-performing Customer Service / Sales Support team that delivers an elevated, concierge-level experience.Client Excellence: Ensure all client inquiries are addressed within 24 hours with empathy, precision, and professionalism.Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day processes including order accuracy, documentation, and ERP operations across multiple sales channels.Continuous Improvement: Develop, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Showroom, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated client experience.Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs around response times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction — using insights to drive improvement.Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear performance analysis and recommendations to executive and showroom leadership.Brand Representation: Uphold and model the values of excellence, integrity, and passion that define the brand.Qualifications5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or team management within luxury goods, interior design, or high-end textiles.Proven success leading and developing client-focused teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of operational processes, KPIs, and service optimization.Proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics 365 a plus), along with strong Excel and systems navigation skills.A polished communicator who exudes professionalism and confidence.Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.A passion for design, craftsmanship, and culture.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.Why JoinYou’ll step into a role that combines luxury service leadership and operational impact.
