We do this by analysing feeds from existing CCTV systems and measuring selected visual actions in real time. Yedda helps customers drive performance, detect fraud, and make better decisions.ResponsibilitiesProof of Concept (PoC) SupportPrepare presentation materials (PowerPoint) in both English, and Spanish.Organize documentation and instructions for cross-functional teams.Assist in populating dashboards and generating reports to support PoC delivery.Administrative and Operational SupportHandling day-to-day client requests and escalations as they ariseMonitoring and resolving operational issuesSending weekly samples of alerts and video evidence via channels such as WhatsAppManaging invoicing and following up on paymentsTrack and manage tasks using project management tools like Asana (or similar).Provide basic guidance on internal platforms (e.g., dashboards, applications).RequirementsBased in EMEA, preferable in Spain / Iberian peninsula 1–2 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or commercial support roles.Educational background in Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field (completed or in progress).Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with proven experience interacting directly with clientsIntermediate English proficiency; Native Spanish.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, communicative working style.Proficient with MS Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint- and online platforms).Nice-to-haveExperience with Tableau, PowerBI, and related tools.Key SkillsCommercial understandingData analysis and dashboard creationBusiness communication and translationData-driven decision-makingProject and task trackingBenefits Compensation: USD 1,500 + bonusWorking time: 5 days/ week, from Monday to FridayProfessional working environmentA paid birthday offFlexible leaveAfter 6 months working, an extra bonus scheme based on quarter performance & KPI’sEqual Employment OpportunityAt Yedda, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
