If you're the person we're looking for we know these will resonate with you too.About The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our remarkable Customer Service team for this full-time, permanent opportunity.Our Customer Service team are genuinely excited to help our customers - parents, internal team members, schools, suppliers and partners.You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to you, and you are confident at troubleshooting and investigating issues to resolve customer queries. You will ensure remarkable service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction, whilst continuing to build the TeamKids brand offering.In Addition, You WillWork well under pressure - during our busy periods our amazing Customer Service team can take over 700 calls a dayMulti-tasker - there's phone calls, emails, and people in the office all vying for your attention, so it's important to prioritise and juggle as you goAttention to detail - an important skill when dealing with enrolments, payments, and all administrationStrong conflict resolution - sometimes, customers aren't happy.
