Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:1.Handle user inquiries via chat, email, and ticket systems in your native European language and English.2.Identify, analyze, and resolve user issues related to registration, KYC, deposits, trading, withdrawals, and security.3.Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant internal teams (Compliance, Risk Control, or Technical Support).4.Collaborate with QA and Product teams to enhance the customer experience and local language quality.5.Support localization and translation of help-center content when required.6.Act as a cultural bridge between European users and KuCoin’s global service centers.Qualification:1.Native proficiency in one of the following languages: German / French / Spanish / Italian 2.Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).3.Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience; crypto, fintech, or e-commerce background preferred.4.Ability to work on shift-based schedules, including weekends and public holidays (if applicable).5.Passion for blockchain and willingness to learn KuCoin’s ecosystem and products.6.Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused mindset.
