Take the lead as a first PIC for customersWork with internal LFS external customers to create an exceptional customer service experienceManage account/customer expectationsWork with internal and external customers for Corrective and Preventative ActionsHelp craft and create KPI customer specific reporting and scorecardsBuild and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirementsProcess Stock In/Out in SAPWork with LFS internal customers on process improvements Help craft account SOPs and Work InstructionsAssist in distribution and operations as neededRequirementsMinimum secondary education or GCE ‘O’ Levels2 years’ experience in handling Air and Sea operations with a focus on Customer ServiceProficient in both written and spoken English员工类型:永久UPS 致力于提供一个没有歧视、骚扰和报复的工作场所。
