This is a pivotal role that willrequire superior organizational and communication skills, and an interest in our brands / sport / the outdoors will ensure you are aligned to our company culture.RequirementsResponsibilities will include:Using SAP and Microsoft OfficeResponding to our Retail Stores enquiries via telephone and email to provide problem resolutionApproving and processing replacement products or value credit to consumersPreparing stock for return to inventoryInvestigating repair options for itemsGathering information and reporting on feedback from customersPreparing reports for vendor claimsExtensive liaison with various departmentsWorking in a small team, the role will require adaptability, flexibility and a high degree of communication to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed and processes are adhered to.
