The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our services.QualificationsSkills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer SatisfactionExperience in providing excellent Customer ExperienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilitiesAbility to work on-site in Qesm El MaadiPrior experience in a customer service role is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExcllent up to fluent english levelNight shifts
