The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, provide quotations for projects ,assist with customer inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal and external sales teams to address client needs and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.QualificationsStrong Communication, Active Listening, and Interpersonal SkillsExperience in Customer Support, Conflict Resolution, and Problem-SolvingProficiency in using CRMs, Data Entry, and basic Office SoftwareTime Management, Organizational Skills, and the Ability to MultitaskAttention to Detail and the ability to work independently in a remote settingPrior experience in a customer service role within our industry is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or a related field are a plus
