Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product/service information, addressing concerns, and driving sales through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide detailed information about products and services to potential and existing customers.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.Accurately process orders, applications, and requests.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer support role.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.Goal-oriented, with proven ability to achieve sales targets.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
