Customer Service Representative

[Position Summary]The Customer Service Representative / Freight Forwarder requires customer service excellence by offering mainly Ocean / Air freight, Road Transport, Intermodal Transport (Customs clearance and Warehousing & Distribution as well) on top of successful operations for multiple transactions that occur simultaneously within our organisation will be instrumental in achieving sustained win-win growth for both our customers and E2E Logistics Hungary.[Responsibilities]Manage operations for key account(s) and non-controlled business and pursue customers’ satisfaction. Identify additional cross/up-sell business opportunities in order to deliver quality customer experience through E2E Logistics HungaryBuild up strong relationship with prospective and existing stakeholdersManage vendors / partners for network optimisation and procure new partners and logistics services Ensure 100% of customer’s KPI and timeline required are fulfilledConflict resolution (customer’s complaints) for customer retentionMaintain data accuracy of all required system updates including transactional and month-end billing processMaintain profitable margins and align activity for positive financial results [Required Qualifications – Mandatory*]Minimum bachelor’s degree and equivalent business experience (2-3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Shipping industry at least)Languages: Native (or advanced) Hungarian, Slovak and fluent English are mandatory in both verbal and writing Agile learning abilityAnalytical and problem-solving skillsSense of urgency (e.g. exceptional customer services after work, during weekends/holidays in case of emergency)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook & Teams) and strong Internet search skills[Preferred Skills]Communication and interpersonal skillsInitiative-takerAttention to detailNegotiation skill Emotional intelligence Sense of humour High degree of reliability [Why E2E Logistics Hungary? - Company benefits]We have a HQ in Korea (EUR 26M for 2024 Revenue) and another European legal entity in Croatia with a different brand LOG ASIA that is the only one Korean-Croatian freight forwarding company till now.
