Responsibilities include - Process export/import bookings accurately, ensuring alignment with customer needsCoordinate with transport teams and European agents to guarantee timely cargo deliveryResolve customer inquiries with professionalism and urgencyMaintain clear communication with internal departments and external stakeholdersSupport sales initiatives and manage invoicing processesDrive continuous improvement and promote value-added serviceQualificationsProficiency in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction principlesExperience in Customer Support and working as a Customer Service RepresentativeStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work with a team and independently in a dynamic environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with shipping and transport industries or logistics is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareAll candidates must have a right to work in Ireland - Please send your CV to Luke O’Connor at oconnorl@eucon.ie 07/11/2025.
