Customer Service Representative

Job Description

About the role:Handle customer inquiries via online chat and email, assisting clients with issues and questions.Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.Work closely with the sales team to address daily sales-related matters.Requirements:Previous customer service experience is preferred.Experience in stock or securities trading is a plus.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (or Hindi / Thai / Vietnamese language + English).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong communication and adaptability skills with a responsible work attitude.Able to work efficiently with team leaders to meet team objectives.Willing to work non-standard New Zealand business hours.
