Key Responsibilities:Resolved customer issues efficiently via a dedicated hotline utilizing Zendesk.Conducted proactive outbound calls to inactive or churned users to drive re-engagement.Continuously updated industry knowledge and soft skills to enhance service quality.Requirements:Fluent verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Prior experience within the financial exchange industry is highly preferred.Strong ability to work under pressure; call center or BPO outbound experience is a plus.
