Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Athens headquarters. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include:Management of orders and invoicing.Management of public hospital contracts: completion, forwarding for signature, dispatch with all required supporting documents, monitoring of return and filing.Dispatch of printed invoices to hospitals, clinics, and private clients, and monitoring their signed return.Handling of correspondence regarding invoices and support of credit control procedures. Sales support through the preparation of statistical reports for the sales team and Management.Monthly review of hospitals included in invoicing, correction of errors, and completion of any missing data.Filing and archiving of printed material.Substitution of colleagues during leave periods.Collaboration with all team members to ensure smooth operation of processes.QualificationsProficiency in customer service, customer support, and customer satisfaction practices.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.Fluency in Greek and English is required.Strong focus on customer experience and fostering positive client relationships.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Familiarity with healthcare or medical devices is an asset.Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
