Job Description
Skills – Banking ops , experience in each banking steps, clear on concepts like of power of attorney along with regulatory experience. Customer Service rolesBerlin, Germany12 months contractHybridGerman is mandatory for both roles, and they will accept B1 and higher German communication proficiencyCSA – Daily Banking (4 ) 1+ year experience in any customer support role Mon – Sat : 8am – 8pm (two shifts) – ex: 8-4 MTW and 12-8 TFS based on customer volumes Shift rotation every 3 weeks German Phone / Email / Chat Interview – one 90 minutes (45 minutes interview + 3 case studies) / with Business and Recruitment panel CSA – Banking Ops (8 ) 1 – 3 years’ experience Manage issues via email on ticketing system (no calls) Interaction with internal teams like Fraud, KYC, etc. Interview – 3 interviews 45 minutes each (client will reconsider interviews and durations) Location Germany - Berlin Hybrid model initially: 3 days from client office + 2 / 3 days WFH WFH : laptops, headsets will be provided; internet not provided
