The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes resolving customer issues efficiently and courteously, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the individual will be expected to provide feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of customer service policies and procedures.QualificationsCustomer Service Representatives, Customer Support skillsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skillsExperience in providing customer service and handling customer issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using customer service software and toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
