Job Description

Mandaley is looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded colleague to join our Customer Service team. You will be part of a tight-knit team, supporting our two brands, Soft Goat and Malina, and acting as the primary voice for our customers. You will report to the Customer Service Team Lead. As a member of our Customer Service team, you are the face of our brands. You will handle incoming customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. The role also involves administrative tasks and investigative support cases, where you independently find solutions. Your main responsibilities include: - Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone - Providing professional and personal service that exceeds expectations - Managing administrative tasks and support cases, such as returns and claims - Working closely with the team to deliver a best in class customer experience We are looking for someone who:  - Has previous experience in customer service (luxury or fashion preferred) - Is solution-oriented, service-minded, and adaptable - Experience with help desk systems and e-commerce platforms.
