Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Marietta, GAType: Full-TimePay: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearKey ResponsibilitiesProvide front-line service to sales reps and customers, answering basic product questions and documenting complaints.Receive and process sales orders from field sales reps and customers, including data entry and invoicing.Handle returns and defective merchandise according to company guidelines.Monitor replacement orders and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.Maintain customer files and track demo equipment inventory.Act as liaison to sales reps, providing equipment, documentation, and support as needed.Verify product quotations submitted by sales reps for accuracy.Process customer repair loaners and ensure complete and timely shipments.Back-up Responsibilities:Cover front desk receptionist duties during absences and breaks.Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed.Required Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or customer service training preferred.1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience required; healthcare or medical setting experience is a plus.Position RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; strong telephone etiquette.Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and conflict resolution ability.Exceptional computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
