In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound telephone inquiries with professionalism and care. You will also play a critical role in problem resolution, complaint management, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This position requires not only strong communication skills but also the ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and act as a trusted representative of our brand.Job Description:Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.Promote and educate customers on our products and services to ensure they receive maximum value.Investigate, research, and resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations with a focus on long-term solutions.Document customer interactions accurately within internal systems for tracking and reporting.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team process enhancements.Qualifications:High School Diploma required.8+ years of experience in a customer service role (call center, client relations, account management, or related).Proven track record of handling complex customer issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
