Call Center Agent – TranscomLocation: New Cairo & Smart Village (October) Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We’re looking for English-speaking Call Center Agents to join the Transcom team. You’ll handle customer calls, ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused experience every time.What You’ll Do:Manage customer interactions professionally and courteously.Deliver exceptional service and maintain call quality standards.Accurately document customer information and feedback.Work collaboratively with the support team to resolve issues.Requirements:Excellent spoken and written English.Previous experience in a call center is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work on rotational shifts.Compensation:Salary: 18,000 EGP NetPerformance bonuses and allowances discussed during the hiring process.Perks:Transportation provided both ways.Door-to-door transport for female agents after 10 PM.
