Location: Sofia, BulgariaStart Date: 3 December 2025Contract Type: Full-time, On-siteWorking Hours:Monday to Friday: 08:00 23:00Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)Priority: Local candidates will be reviewed firstAbout The RoleWe are looking for a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting our company.In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a high-quality service experience for JTI customers.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist customers via phone, email, or chat in Romanian and English. Provide accurate information about products and services. Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally. Keep customer records updated in the system. Maintain performance and quality standards. RequirementsFluent Romanian (C1-C2) and good English (B2). Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability for rotational shifts.
