Renowned for its outdoor catering, Sheba Hotel accommodates events hosting up to 3,000 guests, delivering exceptional experiences for business and leisure travelers alike. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Representative, located in Sana'a, Yemen. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily interactions with guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while meeting the hotel's service standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer ExperienceProficient in Customer Support and skilled in ensuring positive guest interactionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationshipsAbility to remain composed and problem-solve in a fast-paced hospitality environmentPrior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plusFluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in Hospitality or Customer Service are beneficial
