Job description: We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Success Agent to join our support team! In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our users via live chat, assisting them with technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring they maximize the value of our IT solutions. If you're a great communicator with a passion for customer experience, we’d love to meet you.Responsabilities: Key Responsibilities: Provide real-time support through live chat for our users. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams. Track user feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements. Ensure timely, empathetic, and accurate responses to every customer interaction. Help onboard and educate new users on product features and best practices.Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Requirements: 1+ year of experience in customer support or success, preferably in tech or SaaS. Excellent written communication skills in English. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, chat-based environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with help desk/chat tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Drift). Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new IT tools and platforms.
