Customer Service Representative

Goodyear – CSR – TIRE SUPPORT SPECIALISTAs a Tire Support Specialist, you will be taking incoming calls from consumers, tireinstallers, and wholesale distributors assisting with questions or needs related tospecific tires or an order that has already been placed. This is a full-time position.In this role you will communicate with customers in a proactive and professionalmanner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.Agents will be asked to transition between the different channels at any time.What We're Looking For:• 6-12 months of Customer Service• Enthusiastic to help resolve complex issues• Versatile and adaptable to the needs of the day• Retention/Selling experience is valuable• Consistent employment history• An interest to be the best! Eager to be successful.• Technically savvy is a MUST!
