Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a fast-moving e-commerce environment, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do Customer SupportRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.Resolve customer issues related to orders, refunds, exchanges, and product inquiries.Guide customers through the online shopping process — from account creation to checkout. Order & Issue ResolutionWork with our logistics team to handle delivery issues, delays, or returns.Collaborate with the e-commerce team to fix website-related problems.Alert relevant teams about mismatched inventory or expired promotions.Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure satisfaction.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products. Collaboration & ReportingPartner with logistics, operations, marketing, and e-commerce teams.Share customer feedback to improve products and campaigns.Track and report on customer trends and performance metrics.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in customer service (at least 1 year in a leadership role is a plus).Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with CRM or customer service tools is an advantage.
